Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement. This is only after a proof has been approved and there is still an issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom items that have had a proof approved.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
Design proofs are offered. Please make sure you request this if needed, otherwise item will be completed and sent out as instructed. Returns of personalised items are not accepted. If a proof is validated and the item is still then don't incorrectly I may then consider a refund or replacement.
